TEAM BLUE

Team Blue is a 2 day a week weightlifting program catered to beginners or those that have been introduced to weightlifting and would like to improve while still participating in other areas of fitness.

Team Blue focuses on all Olympic lifts: snatch, clean, and jerk but also incorporates squats, upper body strength and some single leg strengthening to help support better movement overall.

Team Blue will also give you access to a coach for cues, tips, and appropriate ways to modify. Along with video analysis through a program called CoachNow.
