TEAM GOLD
Team Gold is a 3 or 5 day a week weightlifting program is specifically designed to help athletes improve their movement patterns and skill strength, with the ultimate goal of competing at a higher level.
Whether you're looking to qualify for a national event or simply want to improve your own strength development, our program is tailored to meet your needs.
Our expert coaches will guide you through each week, providing personalized feedback to ensure proper form and technique. With a focus on Olympic-style lifts such as: The Snatch and Clean & Jerk,. You'll work to increase your power and explosiveness, building strength and endurance in the process.
In addition to lifting, our program also includes accessory work to address any weaknesses or imbalances.
